6 Treflach Farm pork sausages made with the finest cuts of pork from Treflach, handmade by Ian the farmer. In these sausages we use pea flour so no wheat or gluten.
We make our sausages in batches when pork is available so sausages are usually available frozen. If you would prefer fresh please get in contact.
Unless you collect the frozen sausages they will probably be defrosted by the time they are delivered. Chilled they will be safe and tasty in the fridge for 5 days however they will be unsuitable for refreezing.
