A classic minced beef pasty with diced potato, carrot and swede. It used to be called a Cornish Pasty, but then they got the hump thinking we were saying it was made in Cornwall (it wasn't - it was, and continues to be, made right here on Treflach Farm) rather than using Cornish as a description of the type of pasty. Ah well, c'est la vie...
