As well as prime cuts each time we take an animal to the abattoir we have offal available for extremely reasonable prices:
- Heart - Approx 1.5kg whole, £10 p kg
- Liver - Approx 500g packs, £12 p kg
- Oxtail - Approx 500g packs, £9 p kg
- Tongue - Approx 1kg whole, £9 p kg
- Kidneys - Approx 500g packs, £10 p kg
With offal in particular, the fresher it is the better. So sign up to recieve Tongue to Tail Club alerts and we will let you know when the above are available and the price - no obligtion to order or buy. These will be available to collect fresh.

We are not registered organic but we farm as if we were, practising Permaculture and Holistic Management to reduce inputs and increase animal health & well-being and soil fertility.
Our lovely Hereford Cross animals go to our closest local abattoir (D&J Thomas of Rhos) and is hung for 3 weeks. All the meat sells very quickly so if you are interested in receiving the next high welfare, grass finished beef box get in touch!
