Maynards Farm Bacon

We wouldn’t let anyone else cure our pork for us. The traditional methods and dry cure seasoning used by Rob & the guys (a Rick Stein Food Super Hero) make bacon second to none. In the words of Alex James when he came and tasted some here on Treflach Farm “… now that’s what i call bacon!”
